What a winter! Due to the huge amount of snow we have received and for
safety reasons, the sidewalk on the left side of Hideout Trail (going
downhill) has been closed until further notice. We are getting some snow
slides there over the sidewalk and it is currently not safe. The sidewalk
across the road is still available for use however and will continue to be
cleared. Also, the access to the park near the round-a-bout has been
restricted by the Town using the area for snow storage. Please exercise
caution when accessing the park.
As a friendly reminder, snow storage is not allowed on HOA common
areas, sidewalks and HOA-maintained shared driveway areas. We have
had recent problems with some residents blowing and shoveling snow onto
community sidewalks and HOA common areas and have had to pay our
snow removal contractor additional funds to remove it.
Thank you!

Updated Design Guidelines
The Hideout Canyon Design Guidelines were recently updated with
revisions discussed at the 2022 Annual Owners meeting and approved by
the Board after the required posting period. The most significant revision to
note is that for new DRC applications, the required compliance deposit
amount has been raised to $20,000. This will bring the amount more in line
with what surrounding developments require (although it is still lower than
most).
Please refer to the documents section of the CPA website for a current
version of the design guidelines. Thank you.
