The Community Preservation Association (the “CPA”) serves as the master community association for Hideout Canyon, Soaring Hawk, Golden Eagle and other areas of the CPA in the Town of Hideout, Utah. The CPA, a Utah nonprofit corporation, was formed to own, operate, and maintain the common areas, common elements, and community improvements within the CPA area, and to administer and enforce the Governing Documents consistent with the Utah Community Association Act and the Utah Revised Nonprofit Corporation Act. As per the governing documents, the CPA is served by a Board of three members.
CPA responsibilities also include oversight of the design review process and associated design guidelines. Sound application of the guidelines under the guidance of the Design Review Committee helps ensure that quality building standards are maintained throughout the community, and that property values are sustained and enhanced for existing property owners.
Sea to Ski Properties manages the day to day operations of the CPA. Professionals at Sea to Ski are on hand to serve the needs of the CPA community, and to provide necessary services and information to owners.
