We would like to announce that after completing a thorough RFP process
and evaluating qualified submittals, Cooper’s HOA Management has been
selected as the new management company for the Community
Preservation Association (CPA). Cooper’s will take over CPA management
on February 1, 2026. You will be receiving an introduction letter from
Cooper’s shortly, including new contact info and other helpful information.
HOA dues invoicing and payment processing will not change in the
immediate future.
We would like to thank Sea to Ski HOA Management for their dedicated
service to our community over the years and wish them the best in their
future endeavors.

Golden Eagle Mailbox Update
Dear Golden Eagle Owners,
Through persistency by the Community Preservation Association and
Mustang Development, we are very pleased to announce the formal
opening of the Golden Eagle Mail Center, located at the entrance of
the community. This beautiful center will provide protection from the
elements and is an amenity that will be for the exclusive use and
enjoyment by Golden Eagle owners. The postmaster in Kamas has
agreed that mail delivery can start immediately. We will get back to
you soon regarding assignment of mailboxes and distribution of mail
keys.

OUTLAW GOLF COURSE IS PRIVATE
Please be aware the Outlaw Golf Course is not owned by the Town of Hideout or the Community Preservation Association. The course is privately owned and not accessible to those who have not paid for a round of golf. No trespassing is allowed.
There have been several trespassing incidents on the course in recent months, which have caused safety concerns for those individuals as well as an inconvenience to those who paid to golf. Please be respectful of the course and stay off unless you have paid to golf there.

No Nightly Rental Reminder
Please be aware that nightly rentals of less than ninety days are not allowed anywhere in the CPA area of Hideout (including Rustler, Shoreline, and Deer Water). If you are aware of a neighbor renting their property nightly, please let CPA know and we will take it from there, and not disclose who the complaint came from.
