No Nightly Rental Reminder
Please be aware that nightly rentals of less than ninety days are not allowed anywhere in the CPA area of Hideout (including Rustler, Shoreline, and Deer Water). If you are aware of a neighbor renting their property nightly, please let CPA know and we will take it from there, and not disclose who the complaint came from. Thank you in advance for your ongoing cooperation.

MAILBOXES
Please be aware the Community Preservation Association is not liable and has no legal obligation or requirement to provide mailboxes to Hideout residents. An attorney for the Town of Hideout has agreed and stated they will no longer refer residents to the CPA regarding this issue.
Please keep in mind the CPA has no authority over mailbox availability or assignment. Owners may contact the Kamas Postmaster at 435.783.4325 to inquire about a possible mailbox assignment (or P.O. Box in Kamas).
