Hello Community Preservation Association Owners,

With vacation season fast approaching, the Management Committee would like to remind everyone that nightly rentals are not allowed within the Association.

In response to owner requests heard at the recent quarterly Board meeting, the CPA is installing dog waste “poop” bag dispenser stations at the two CPA parks for owner use.  There will be a dispenser installed at the park adjacent to the round-a-bout below the town hall site, and another installed at the Soaring Hawk park.  Stations may be installed at additional locations at a future date. 

Because the CPA does not currently have the staffing to regularly patrol and empty trash cans at park dispenser station locations, we kindly ask that you take any used poop bags home where they can be discarded of properly. 

We hope you will find the new stations convenient.  Thanks to those who made the suggestion!
